A private hall of residence, refurbished to a very high standard to make your stay here a very enjoyable one.
The accommodation is split over 4 floors with 2 kitchens 7 toilets 7 shower rooms and a bathroom. Some rooms are ensuited.
There is a laundry room with a large washing machine and dryer. There is a large communal lounge with a colour TV, pool table, vending machine, dining tables and sofas.
We believe it is important to have a separate space other than the rooms to relax and unwind and meet other people in the house.
The prices per week for each of the rooms include all gas, electric and water bills. A cleaner comes in to clean the communal areas twice a week. There is an intercom to each room from the front door and a payphone on the ground floor.
We also pay the TV licence for the lounge only
